He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Baggs and Cleo Baggs; his wife Maxine Baggs; and his siblings, Emory Baggs, Marion Baggs, Stanford Baggs and Melba Baggs Walters.
He is survived by: his sons, Norman Baggs (Brennice) of Sugar Hill and Kenton Baggs (Stephanie) of Jasper; his siblings, Gerald Baggs of Brunswick, Joyce Waters of Brunswick, Glenda Baggs of Blackshear and Barbara Maple (Doug) of Cedar Key, Florida; his mother-in-law Marie D. Holt of Ellijay; his grandchildren, Thor Baggs, Karina Haney and Alexa Baggs of Jasper; his stepgrandchildren, Jamie Hall of Jersey and Cansey Cash Contreras of Flowery Branch; his great grandchildren, Cydney Haney, Kasey Jackson of Sugar Hill, Hannah Cash of Sugar Hill and Lucia Cash of Sugar Hill; and his great great grandchildren, Kennedy Jackson of Sugar Hill and Conrad Jackson of Sugar Hill.
