She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Clark and Martha Sue Clark; her grandchild Billie Sue Meadows; her siblings, Johnny Clark, Henny Clark, Dickie Patterson and Julia Mead; and the father of her children Lawrence Wayne Meadows.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Meadows (Amber), Steven Meadows, Michelle Meadows and Kelly Meadows; her grandchildren, Sydney Sandovale, Joshua Wright Jr., Cole Wright, Skylar Lacy, David Lacy, Shanda Meadows, Casey Meadows, Micheal Casey, Zackery Meadows, Bryce Higgins and Layla Higgins; her sisters, Marty Godfrey (Terry) and Karen Jordan; and her sister-in-law Cathy Clark. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
