He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Rice and Lois Rice; his wife Carrie Rice of Jasper; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Kellie Rice; his daughter Randi Rice Cooper; his son-in-law Mike Cooper; his children, Eric Rice and Sarah Rice Kelly; his son-in-law Nathaniel Brooke Kelly; and his grandchildren, Kristi Murphy, Michael Rice, Alex Rice, Troy Allen, Ross Rice, Ansley Tullos, Mikaela Kelly and Sydney Kelly. He was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
