He was predeceased by: his daughter Beth Underwood; his parents, Underwood Sr. and Peggy Underwood; and his sister Jayne. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Underwood (Doog Cagle) of Jasper; his grandson Daniel Grizzle (Kelly Wright) of Jasper; his sister Diane Underwood of Jasper; and his niece Jamie Padgett of Jasper.
