He is survived by: his wife Joyce Knight Dewey; his children, Anne Goodnow (Carl) and Jeff Dewey (Megan); and his grandchildren, Lance Goodnow and Flora Dewey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
