He is survived by: his daughter Diane; his son-in-law Steve Harrington; his grandchildren, Danielle Bousselot and Jesse Richards; his great grandchildren, Liam Bousselot, Haley Millsaps and Donovan Millsaps; and his siblings, Clifford Howard, Ben Howard Jr. (Barbara), Billy Howard, Joann Hayes (Larry) and Jeannie Howard. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
