We are sad to announce that, on July 3, 2023, at the age of 97, Jewell Buchanan of Jasper, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Quinton and Melinda Russell Quinton; and her husband Hallman Buchanan. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Melanie McArthur Gibson, Steve, Jennifer Evans Walls, Jay, Deb Stracker Poch, Gary, Matt and Lynne Stracker; her great grandchildren, Christian, Abby Gibson, Olivia, Owen Walls, Maddie, Katherine Poch, Sarah, Jack and Emily Stracker; her sister Katie Ailey of Maryville; and her brothers-in-law, Gene Buchanan and S. A. Denson.
