She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Nell Pruitt and Ruby Underwood; her stepson Dylan Bohannon; her mother-in-law Effie Jo Bohannon; and her pet Lucy.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Bohannon; her children, Jay Kelcourse (Nicki), Jillian Bohannon (Mason Maxey), Kristen Bohannon, Jacob Kelcourse, Savannah Smith (Zack), Tryniti Parker and Halie Carlile; her grandchildren, Crispin, Jason, Cody, Wyatt, Mason, Sophie, Kai, Piper, Carter, Dilynn, Jayden, Aryia and Greyson; her parents, Johnny Underwood and Tinnie Underwood; and her siblings, Rita Lamb, Susan Arrieta and Joel Underwood. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
