He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fox Chapman of Jasper; his daughter Crysanna Chapman Hicks; his son-in-law Corey Hicks of Jasper; his son Jarrod; his daughter-in-law April Chapman of Jasper; and his granddaughter Madelyn Hicks of Jasper.
