He is survived by: his mother Betty Sue Banks Allen; his wife Regina Banks; his children, Rachel Banks and Mason Banks; his sisters, Missy Tinnell (Gary) and Linda Burnett (Johnny); his stepsiblings, Staci McClure (Greg), Lee Pierce (Rhonda) and Shannon Pierce (Laurie); his father-in-law Robbie Heard; and his brother-in-law Richard Heard (Rebecca). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Roper Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
