He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Collett and Dorothy Collett. He is survived by: his wife Cruz Collett; his children, Jeb Collett and Jessica Collett; and his siblings, Mary Ann Ingram, Robert Collett, Johnny Collett, Donna Ayers and Cathy Swindle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
