He was predeceased by: his parents, D. T. Bruce and Margie Bruce; and his brother-in-law Alan Jones. He is survived by: his wife Debra Bruce of Jasper; his son Jerimy; his daughter-in-law Mary Bruce of Ball Ground; his daughters, Cathy (Darin Foster) and Cassandra (Jon Asel); his siblings, Elizabeth (James Ray), Barbara Jones of Jasper and Doug; his sister-in-law Becky Bruce of Jasper; his nephew Dalton Bruce of Jasper; and his grandchildren, Josh Silvers, Gary Silvers, Brady Cook, Brittany Thomas and Ashton Bruce. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Roper Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
