He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joyce Pitchford Starr; his children, Krista Starr Williams (David), Jenny Starr Jones (Jeff) and Paul Pitchford Starr (Heather); his grandchildren, Dakota Williams, Micah, Caroline Jones, Haley, James and Olivia Starr; and his brothers, Ralph Starr Jr., David Starr and Phillip (Nancy Starr).
