She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillard A. Weaver and Naoma Burrell Weaver; her husband Charles Worth Reece; and her son Wayne Reece. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Reece of Jasper, GA, Deborah Mitchell (Reece) of Marietta, GA and Wanda Hidy (Jim) of Broomfield, Colorado; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Melissa, Randy, Dustin, Kacie, Kara and Drew; her great grandchildren, Neomi, Syan, Gabriel, Ethan, Bella, Addison, Elijah, Alexia, Jaelyn, Jessa, Zoey, Kash, Adley, Lyla, Kenna, Isaac and Kollins; and her great great grandchildren, Noel, Eleanora, Elena and Adelyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540).
