She is survived by: her husband Thomas Ray Qualls of Jasper; her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Mark Williams of Gainesville; her daughters, Cindy DeLoach of Jasper and Rhonda; her son-in-law Jeff Payne of Blairsville; her grandchildren, Lori, David Barrett, Lacy, Jay Gulley, Jessica, Jeff Blankenship, Kyle Everett, Colton, Julie Payne, Callison Payne and Addison DeLoach; her great grandchildren, Ridge Barrett, Cameron Payne, Claire Payne, Isla Everett and Rhodes Blankenship; her brother Don; and her siblings-in-law, Flaudia Duncan, Paul Qualls, Barbara Hollifield Duncan and Barbara Holcomb Duncan.
