She is survived by: her parents, Edward Mosier and Donna Barber Mosier; her husband Ronald Bishop; her siblings, Ed Mosier, Tammy Rose Fox and Katie Yancer; her children, Fredrick Poffenberger III, Katherine Poffenberger and Dezarae Webb; her grandson Emmett Zyon Moore; and her stepson Ronald Warren Bishop, Jr..
