It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nellie Eugenia Huston in Jasper, Georgia, born in McCormick, South Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Browne and Mary Browne; her husband Joseph Gordon Huston, Sr.; her brothers, Charlie Browne (Gail) and Melvin Browne (De Lis); and her sons, Joseph Gordon Huston, Jr. (Tonia) and Chris Huston (Patricia). She was also cherished by five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those who would like to honor her memory are encouraged to make a donation to St. Jude's in her name. This was her favorite charity, and she faithfully donated to them every month.
