She is survived by: her husband David Watkins of Jasper; her sons, Dave Watkins (Brandy) of Jasper and James Watkins of Ellijay; her grandson Quinn Watkins of Jasper; her stepgrandson Jace Cariola of Jasper; her siblings, Pam Carter Youngblood (Jack) of Senoia, Tom Carter (Cheri) of Bethesda, MD and Kim Carter Kilgore (Ken) of Biloxi, MS; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Bullington (Deryl) of Fayetteville and Gary Watkins (Jennifer) of Jasper.
