She was predeceased by: her parents, Carter Low and Lois Low; and her husband Charles Chapman. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie; her son-in-law Mark Miller of Jasper; and her son Clint Chapman of Jasper. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations in her honor be made to the First Baptist Church of Jasper, the Jasper Lions Club, the Georgia Lions Lighthouse, or the Georgia Lions Camp.
