Peggy Anne Ray Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Anne Ray of Jasper, Georgia, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dutch Whitmore and Ellen Whitmore; her husband Clinton Lee Ray; her daughter Susan Ray Jones; and her brother Ben Whitmore.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Ray of Jasper, Ricky (Tracy Ray) and Tim Ray of Jasper; her son-in-law Toby (Sandra Jones); her grandchildren, Philip, Beth Black, Justin, Wendy Jones, Carson Ray and Brennan Ray; and her great grandchildren, Emma Black, Addison Black, Colby Black, Rylea Jones and Abigail Jones. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will accept flowers or donations in Peggy's honor may be made to Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
