She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Mullins and Jewell Mullins; her brother Tony Mullins; and her grandparents, Reverend Henry, Mary Thomason and Nora Watkins Mullins.

She is survived by: her brothers, Greg Mullins (Wanda) of Hill City and John Mullins (Donna) of Hiram; her sister-in-law Anita Mullins of Ellijay; and her cousin Nora Bunch.

Donations can be made to Georgia Mountains Hospice.
