She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Samples, Bobbie Jo Key and Jessica Samples; her grandchildren, Cassie Samples, Kayla Archer, Heather Key, Cody Key, Brady Key, Haley Key, Travis Young, Jordan Sinard and Maverick Samples; her great grandchildren, Levi Hancock, Connor Campbell, Paisley Campbell and Waylon Archer; and her siblings, Helen Burke (Jerry), Evelyn Cammons (Ray), Mary "Dee" Jastrzemski, Will Payne and Eddie Payne. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
