She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Qualls and Gertrude Qualls; and her husband Jack Housley. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Housley (Doris), Diane West (Steve), Rick Housley (Pat) and Anthony Housley (Stephanie); and her siblings, Grady Qualls, Francis Williams and Clara Adams. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and other family members.
