He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Christopher Phillips (Leigh) of Duluth and Chad Gregory Phillips (Tiffany) of Conyers, Georgia; his grandchildren, Maggie Phillips of Duluth and Chad Gregory Phillips, Jr. of Conyers; his brother Chris Phillips (Laura) of McDonough, Georgia; his sister-in-law Rada Farmer of Gainesville, Georgia; and his pet Lizzie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
