He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Leverett, Sr. and Eva Marjorie Sanders Leverett; and his nephew Richard W. Leverett. He is survived by: his siblings, Carey O. Leverett, William H. Leverett, Jr. (Jean) and Donna; and his nephews, Nicholaus G. (Claire), Jonathan W. (Sara) and Scott Leverett. He is also survived by two grand-nieces and three grand-nephews.
