She is survived by: her parents, William Harper Phelan III and Nadine Elizabeth Turner Phelan of Jefferson; her brother Harper David Phelan of Jefferson, GA; and her grandparents, David Duane Turner, Robin Lee Catalino Turner of Maysville, GA, William Harper Phelan Jr. and Stephanie Lynn Yancey Phelan of Ocala, FL. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Galilee Christian Church (2191 Galilee Church Rd, Jefferson, GA 30549). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Galilee Christian Church Cemetery (2191 Galilee Church Rd, Jefferson, GA 30549).
