He is survived by: his wife Linda Panter of Jefferson, GA.; his daughter Paula Digiovanni (Matthew) of Jefferson, GA.; his grandchildren, Kyle Digiovanni of Jefferson, GA. and Katelyn Digiovanni of Jefferson, GA.; his niece Julie Hiland of Stone Mountain, GA; and his nephews, Michael Panter of McDonough, GA and Craig Panter of Hawaii.
The family request, in lieu of flowers that memorials may be made to St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church 180 Elrod Road Jefferson, GA 30549 in honor of Mr. David Panter.
