She is survived by: her sons, Chris Chapman (Kim) of Jefferson and Matthew Chapman (Katie) of Varina; her siblings, Josephine Allen of Commerce and Joe Couch (Lanice) of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Brayden Chapman, Dustin Chapman (Charlie) and Hanna Hardy (Kole); and her great grandchildren, Kimber and Luke Chapman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549).
