He is survived by: his wife Diane Couch Phillips of Jefferson, GA.; his daughter Patty Phillips (Craig Morgan); his granddaughter Ashlyn Phillips; his nephews, Greg Phillips and Mitch Phillips; and his niece Cindy Phillips.
