She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hylton and Weta Sledd Hylton; her husband Rufus Lee Eubanks; her daughter Deborah Blalock; and her grandsons, Thomas Blalock and Jason Blalock.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Looney (Dan) of Jefferson, Jesse "Pete" Harkins (Patty) of Lavonia and Paul Harkins (Anastasia) of Greenville. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Commerce Church of God (Crossroads Worship Center) (365 US-441, Commerce, GA 30529). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Jackson Memorial Park (6825 Jefferson Rd, Commerce, GA 30529).
