It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Runette Martin of Jefferson, Georgia, born in Jackson, Georgia, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Phillips and Sadie Hawkins Phillips; and her husband Clyde F. Martin. She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Barbara Martin Gooch, Ernest Martin, Bud, Pat Healan, Tim, Carolyn Satterfield and Peggy Thurmond.
