He is survived by: his wife Mary Smallen of Jefferson, GA.; his nieces and nephews, Erin Quarles (Corey) of Chattanooga, TN, Jana Robertson (P. J.) of Ringgold, GA., Michael Miller, Seth Smallen (Kari) and Chad Smallen (Kristi) of Chattanooga, TN.; and his brother Steve Smallen. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
