He was predeceased by: his mother Belvie Dean Pass Rooks; and his grandparents, Hubert, Pearl Pass, Larry and Frances Rooks.
He is survived by: his father Larry Rooks, Jr. of Jefferson; his children, Chase Rooks (Cody) of Jefferson and Bridgett Brock of Jefferson; his fiancé Stacy Williamson of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Taylor and Avery Brock; and his siblings, Cindy Coley (Michael), Donna McMullan (Mark) and Scott Rooks (Brooke).
