We announce the death of Howard Willis of Jefferson, Georgia, who passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Willis and Eunice Whitworth Willis; his sons, Don and Kenny Willis; his great grandchild Gannin McDaniel; and his brother Joel Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Stewart Willis of Jefferson; his sons, Ray Pursley (Nicole) of Jefferson, Johnny Pursley (Lori) of Lavonia and Dave Pursley (Jillian) of Galivants; and his sister Margaret Yeomans of Jefferson. He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
