He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Balthazor and Beverly Coy Balthazor. He is survived by : his wife Frances Moore Balthazor of Jefferson; his sons, Chris Balthazor (Angie) of Lula and Daniel Balthazor (Hannah) of Jefferson; his siblings, Susan Mason (Marvin) of Hoschton and Ron Balthazor (Jane Hudson) of Watkinsville; and his grandchildren, Myles, Emma and Elijah Balthazor.
