He is survived by: his wife Jessica Leanne Payton Simons; his daughters, Payton Grace and Presleigh Hope; his parents, Timothy Otis "Tim" Simons of Woodville, GA and Vicki Lynn Adams Morris of Woodville, GA; his brother Curtis Simons of Woodville, GA; his parents-in-law, Jane and Don Hendrix of Royston, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Rhonda Cox (Shane) of Greenwood, SC, Barbara Suttles (Eric Wright) of Augusta, GA and Charmin Sexton (Kyle) of Elberton, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
