He was predeceased by: his parents, James Strong and Lillian Strong; his son James Gary Strong; and his brother Donald Strong. He is survived by: his wife Betty Strong; his sons, Tom Strong (Kim Strong) of Jefferson, GA and Michael Strong (Julie Strong) of Cumming, GA; and his daughter-in-law Rita Strong. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
