It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lynn Lane of Jefferson, Georgia, born in Canton, Georgia, who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Selma Roy Lane and Floy Elizabeth Cramer Lane; and his grandson Terry Lynn Daugherty. He is survived by : his wife Margaret L. Lane of Jefferson, GA.; and his children, Tracy Montelogo (Richard) of Jefferson, GA, Samantha Sanders (Harley) of Carthage, Lisa Bailey of Jefferson, GA. and Troy Lane of Jefferson, GA.. He is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews.
