With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Cleo Dyer of Jefferson, Georgia, born in Duluth, Georgia, who passed away on February 18, 2026 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Joe may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ferd Dyer and Bonnie Lee Moore Dyer; his wife Janice Dyer; and his siblings, Pat Dyer, Sue Givens, Linda Knight, Penny Griffin, Sandy Dyer and Mark Dyer.

He is survived by: his siblings, Buck Dyer, Stanley Dyer, Jeff Dyer and Judy Wright. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
