She is survived by: her children, Linda Chinn (Kevin) of Jefferson and David Moak of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Davis Moak of Jefferson, Sarabeth Moak of Jefferson and Charlie Moak of Jefferson; her sister-in-law Dorothy Scheitlin of Radcliff, KY; and her nieces, Amy Scheitlin, Becky Harrell and Janet Ballard.
