Oosterink of Bradenton and Linda Gail Perkins McCulligh of Bradenton, Florida.; his wife Mary Vestal Perkins of Palmetto, FL; his children, Emaline Elizabeth Perkins, Ezabelle Rose Perkins, Eviana Ezmae Perkins and Elijah Maximus Perkins; his siblings, Lisa Marie Perkins of Bradenton, FL, Lindsey Ellen McCulligh of Bradenton, FL, Lea-Lynn Perkins Apple of Bradenton, FL, James Edward Perkins II of Bradenton, FL and William Capone McCulligh of Bradenton, FL; his grandmother Diane Lynn Perkins of Jefferson, GA; and his friend Shane Apple of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and very close friends.
