With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nell Archer of Jefferson, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Aubrey Gibson and Sallie Belle Damron Gibson; her husband Bobby Lee Archer; her children, Ronald Eugene Archer, Waymon Douglas Archer, Franklin Joseph Archer, Eddie Lee Archer and Elisa June Irvin; her grandchildren, Cory Archer and Kelvin Irvin; and her siblings, Johnny Gibson, Jimmy Gibson, Mary Lee, Sue Hawkins, Jean Morgan and Jackie Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Dean Archer (Yolande Norwood), David Archer (Yvonne), Barbara Campbell (Wayne) and Helene Archer; and her siblings, Carol Dills and A. G. Gibson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and seven great - great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Nell Gibson Archer to New Hope Baptist Church, P.O.Box 398, Nicholson, Georgia. 30565 or to the Redstone Community Church, 6722 Athens Highway, Jefferson, Georgia 30549.
