He is survived by: his spouse Anh Thi Nguyen of Jefferson, GA; his daughters, Tuyet Nga Thi Phan of Charlotte, NC. and Tina T. Phan of Jefferson, GA; and his grandchildren, Michael Vu, Anthony Huynh and Sahah Huynh of Charlotte, NC..
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A prayer will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (1440 Pearce Cir, Gainesville, GA 30501).
