Collins of Jefferson, GA.; his children, Julie Anne Elbers of Farmville, VA, Angela Marie Cobb of Onancock, VA, Lisa Lynn Blair (Robert) of Midlothian, VA and Michael Randolph Collins of Farmville, VA.; his grandchildren, Anna Laurel Blair of Richmond, VA. and Alexander Linden Blair of Richmond, VA.; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Allison of Seneca, SC. and Charlotte Hartloge of Pooler, GA..
