He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ott and Bobbie Jean Helms. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Helms; his daughter Melissa Fortson (Shannon); and his siblings, Larry Roland, Robert Roland and Tammy Jackson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
