Thomas Edward Cain Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2022, at the age of 77, Thomas Edward Cain of Jefferson, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Edward Cain to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Cain and Dorothy Cain; and his brother Nelson Cain. He is survived by : his wife Ann; his children, Deanna Gower (Tony), Dana Barnes (Eric) and Darla Miller (Kevin); his grandchildren, Seth Gower (Heaven), Michael Barnes (Andrea), Elizabeth Van Nus (Isaac), Ansleigh Mullis (Kyle), Evan Barnes (Allie) and Justin Miller (Melody); and his great grandchildren, Huck Gower, Callie, Brooks Van Nus, Marleigh Barnes, Kenzie, Riley Barnes and Lainey Miller.

Organ donation extended Tom's life for over seven years for which the family is very grateful, and they request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to Emory Healthcare Transplant Surgery Education, Research, and Program Development.
