He was predeceased by: his father Tom Hicks; his uncle Bill; and his aunt Ann. He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his children, Amanda (Xavier), Tommy and Billy; his granddaughters, Alina and Noelle; and his cousin Carol. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
