He was predeceased by: his wife Dean Fordham; and his parents, Walter Fordham and Martha Fordham. He is survived by: his brother Daniel Fordham; his daughter Lynn Davis; his granddaughter Tamara Davis; his great grandchildren, Kaylea Ward (Sean Ward) and Tanner Waddell; and his great great grandchildren, Hadlee Hill, Ashlee Ward, Parker Ward and Grady Ward.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at the Woodbine Cemetery (147 Athens St, Jefferson, GA 30549).
