He is survived by: his wife Frances Gravitt Foster; his children, Ronnie Foster, Keith Davis (Michele) and Carla Jackson (William); his grandsons, Hunter Davis, Dawson Davis (Kelsie) and Logan Jackson; and his siblings, Jack Foster, David Shook (Linda) and Margaret Shook Donaldson.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tom M. Wages Lawrenceville Chapel (120 Scenic Hwy S, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). The lying in state was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Victory Baptist Church (110 Paper Mill Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

William "Bill" E. Foster, age 83, of Jefferson, Ga went to be the Lord on Friday August 28, 2026 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's and recently Leukemia.
