He was predeceased by : his parents, Pete Baxley and Inez Baxley; and his daughter Janet Thomas. He is survived by : his wife Judy Baxley; his daughter Kay Hogan (Mark) of LaGrange; his stepsons, Billy Suggs (Vickie) of Auburn and Chris Suggs of Winder; and his sister Elizabeth Hutchinson of Leesburg.
